• Follow-up form in the VTB Care Concierge chat (optional): your name, email address, optional phone number, which description fits you best, your preferred contact method, a short message, and the time you gave permission to be contacted.

Our forms are designed for general information only. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, dates of birth, medical or health information, insurance or Medicaid details, or background check records. If such information is submitted, we will not use it for any purpose and will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and secure the site. We use IP addresses briefly to help prevent spam and abuse.

VTB Care Concierge (AI chat)

Our website chat assistant is powered by artificial intelligence. When you use it, the messages you type are sent to our AI service provider, Anthropic, to generate a reply. We do not save chat conversations on our systems. If you choose to use the optional follow-up form inside the chat, we save only the details you enter in that form — not your conversation. Please do not share medical, health, or other sensitive personal information in the chat. AI answers may contain mistakes; please confirm important details with our team.
